Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy for online items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or the item can be brought into the store.  Customers will receive store credit on ALL returns.  All sale items are FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@ashorefitocnj.com or come see us at 1215 Asbury Ave. Please note that some returns, such as damaged items may require a picture of the clothing item.

Customers will not be responsible for shipping costs of returned items from the online store. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Ashore Fit promises to stand by their products.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Ashore Fit merchandise.  This is because the profit of this will be donated to charity directly. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and accessories including hats, bags, jewelry, and socks.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not for store credit. If approved, you’ll be sent an email with store credit within 5 business days.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@ashorefitocnj.com.
